Education

1. Elementary to High School Education

Athens College Emblem

I completed my primary and secondary education (September 2011 – July 2023) at Athens College, one of Greece’s most distinguished schools, where I earned the Greek Apolytirion Diploma with a Grade Point Average of 19.1 out of 20. Throughout Junior High and High School, I pursued a rigorous curriculum in both Greek and English, combining the Greek Educational System with the Middle Years Programme (MYP) – up to 10th grade.

Maintaining consistently high academic performance, I was honored with the Academic Excellence Award from the Greek Ministry of Education in the academic years 2017-18, 2019-20, 2020-21, and 2022-23. Now, a year and a half after graduating from high school, I can confidently assert that my educational background has equipped me with essential skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and a collaborative mindset, all of which I am eager to build upon in my higher education journey.

2. School Clubs

2022‑2023: Animal Welfare Club: Throughout the academic year we talked with various animal shelters to learn about the different needs they have and advocated for the protection of stray animals. We also handmade different items such as tote-bags, mugs, biscuits, jewlery, and posters (as seen in the two photos to the right) and during Athens College's fair "Panigyri 2023" we raised money by selling these items to kids and parents, which we then donated to different animal shelters.

The meeting took place on the 7th and 8th of February, 2019. During April, our club organized an educational trip to Brussels, Belgium.
